  • Board Game Club - supporting new games

We work hard to showcase games from the biggest of brands right through to first-time inventors, and everything in-between. Kickstarter successes, brand extensions, TV-tie-ins, licenses, indie euro games... and we can help you make a noise whether through low-key play-testing or big bang launch nights.

Email us and ask how we can help you. We don't bite. We do charge, but not the earth.

Tap into an existing crowd at an established event, make it your own, reap the rewards.

    Play Testing

Whether prototype or finished product, tell us about it and we may be able to add your game to our next menu. Friendly gamers, honest feedback and support.

A space all for you and your game. Sponsored cocktails? Branding? PR noise? Trade press exposure? All entirely possible. Talk to us.

What did Asmodee think of their total take-over?

"The type of event we wanted to run was a little bit different to the usual Board Game Club set-up, but the team took time to understand what we wanted to achieve and how best to implement it. Playtime PR’s pre-event promotion was perfect and we soon built up a long list of excited attendees, from industry personnel to games enthusiasts; all of whom made the night a big success. It gave us terrific exposure of our games and useful feedback on both new and existing titles. I cannot thank the team enough for their efforts before, during and after the event."

    Marketing Manager, Ben Hogg

What did University Games think of their game launch?

“A fantastic platform to launch the new version of the Pointless game. It was great to see so many fans of the game playing and enjoying the new features. The event brings together a real mix of people who have a genuine interest in playing board games together and encourages everyone to socialise, the very reason we all sit down to play games.”

Sales and Marketing Manager, Sharon Fosbery

What did Cartamundi think of their total take-over?

“The team have taken a great initiative, creating a social environment and bringing people together to play games. This truly reflects Cartamundi’s purpose: share the magic of playing together. It was nice to see a mixed crowd of game lovers and network with our partners.”

VP Games Manufacturing Services, Steven Schoenmaekers
